this is very possible. I also hae a one star player that have scored and gotten an 8

Gert there is a mathematical difference between >6th level, one star, 19Q< and >32th level, one star, 159Q<...
in my case: 19/49 (top of 5*) = 38.78%
your case: 159/179 (top of 5* right?) = 88.89%
read many times from you high tier managers: higher the level lesser the quality differentials :)
but yeah, nice too :)
edit: feel my pain through an example: in your case it's like a 69Q ST scoring against 179Q Keeper... not to mention my keeper having low7* (56Q)
I have a spreadsheet which records player stats, etc, but not to the extent that Steppenwolf does it. I also use a little bit of software called LTrack in which I can record all the results and additional elements like goal times, etc. It means I can actually go back and see if I have actually played against a team in the past, instead of just thinking that I might have...
Just had a look at the goal times for the Palace Teams and the graphs make interesting reading:

Perhaps I ought to look at subbing a defender or two on the Casuals team in the second half - stop a few of those late opposition goals... :)
Guys!
do u remember my turk beating (4-0)???
UBERLOL! i have to name this to "selfbeat"...
guys really??? Classic mourinho >>> Narrow diamond? this much??? really?
Attachment 50159
i guess i have to revaluate this mourinho tactic... not the first time i see that kind of a beat from it...
edit: he has 52Q penalty stopper keeper! and he conceded 3 goals (5th penalty was not taken coz difference)
Palace teams report, Wednesday 22nd July...
Terriers had the first match today, with a little visit to Indonesia to play Annisa FC. With the victory over the league leaders yesterday uppermost in their minds, confidence was obviously high, and it showed on the pitch. Within 13 minutes of the start, Terriers had 3 goals on the board, and two in the second half gave them a 5-0 win. Goal scorers were Masagela (2), Moran (2), and Atkins. Pending late night results, Terriers are now third in table.
Casuals played at home early evening, and faced 4th-placed Yolcu 209 FC. One piece of team news for the home side was that central defender De Wree had suffered a groin strain in training and would be absent from the squad, his place in the starting line up being taken by Arma. With a more powerful team on the pitch than their AQ indicated (7x 6* to Casuals' 2x 6*) this promised to be a struggle for the Casuals, and so it turned out. The defence played to the limit and prevented all efforts at goal, but the same could be said of the visitors, and a 0-0 draw resulted. Late replacement Arma was awarded Man-of-the-Match. The phrase 'handed on a plate' is going to be bandied about a bit as the 2nd- and 3rd-placed teams both had draws against lower-table opposition, so Palace Casuals still have 4 point lead at the top, and in the absence of a wild mathematical swing, secured a Champions League berth for next season.

Off to champions league final following 4-0 win today.
Treble is still alive, but will mostly likely lose the cup final tomorrow night.
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ee
we won 2-0 in the CL match and we will play our 12th consecutive final per level :3
Excellent match with goal of Cocu 30' and Hasselbaink 45' played with a dianmond formation to face a diamond :D
And after reach the final with Bayern we played with Valled de Escotia, that lost 3-1 without attend the 1st leg, and we won 4-0 :D
we scored in the 8' and 9' surprisinglyyyy then with hard defending + a DL-DC-DC-DC-xx DEFENSE we won the 3-4-3
:3
a rare defeat following crucial suspension means a 8 point lead has been slashed to 1 point but 3 wins is what we need í ½í¸“
Even when there was illegal formations that one was trouble, so you are maybe better off he isnt playing it..

Look at the massive trolling #1 got, I feel sorry for him.
Report of the day :)
1st team La Morralla FS is in the CL final again!
3-5-2 formation works (more or less...), false MR Bak scored in 44', but the opponent draw in 60'. I put in the field my best player in CL this season (until semis I was playing with the B team...), a AMC/AML slooooooow trainer with a excellent shoot.
Well, in 5 minutes he made 2 hard fouls, red card :( Nordeus was trolling me?
I changed again the formation and players, and I need one goal to go the extra time at least, when the main ST of this year scored by a free kick! I love you guy!
Nothing occurs until penalties.
I haven't any specialist, but I tried some players in this season.
Scored 3 first penalties, and my GK save once and another oppo player shoots out,1-3, time for my captain. This player fails his penalty last season in same case, CL semis, and we went out. Fails again, is a good player but he can't support this dificult moments, I'll change next time.
Oppo scored and my higher quality player this season fortunately scored, 2-4 and pass to CL final 2 seasons later!
Good job boys!
In League, another victory, and Leader draw, but he has 5 point over me, very very dificult, but I'll try it until the end.
Secundary team Jose FC won again and is dangerously close to 10th position LOL
I need lost all the matchs to can figth next season by the title. I bid another 2 players and now I'm in red numbers :)
Same case to guest team Viva Satan FC, I won all matches (Leader included...), and now I need lost all matches.
LOL
lost Cup final coz don't attend.
Ok now yeah, I don't wanna play more this after 33 seasons, that's enough.
Attachment 50180
No man, no, when don't attend I lost sure, I don't have the time for that.
Attachment 50181
Not a lot to show, is like in the CL match, don't attend and lost 3-1, despite the boosters wasted to have 8* in phisical and 6* in defense or attack depending of the player, we scored in the 6' Agostinetti then 54' and 57 he scored.
Really after all the training that I've done and try to attending mostly, that sucks. And with Bayern I can not reach Cup finals because teams have a +3/4 levels of market.
Seems that when I have a treble at 1 step something happen, so, fair enough.
http://i57.tinypic.com/30bcoch.jpg previous league game we won 7-1......DOOBELLA!
and the Buffs troll ET & PKs in the CL with an 88th min winner (after losing their first match of the season leg 1) holding their nerve to reach CL final.
Today nothing went right in front of goal v 4th.....except a 90th min winner ;) Champions.
Just followed a friend with a IMO very offensive tactic, but what the heck is his opponent doing, and he almost pulled a draw
Attachment 50187
Attachment 50186
My opinion, You should not be able to do so well without any defenders, you should be punished like 0-8 or something. This is just stupid wrong
Football does not function like this. It is not limited to the formation being displayed. Those 3 DMC can move back and act as 3 defenders. The 2 side midfielders can move back and act side defenders or defensive midfielders.
By the way, his formation looks like those battle vehicles in old video games.
Teaser for CL final
Let's place bets guys!
1. Will win easily (f*ckyeah meme)
2. Will draw and win in ET/Pens (notbad meme)
3. Will lose in normal game time (okay meme)
I Would not even dare to dream such a final :D (Won at semis already? ) Guy's team evolved not so much compared to group games... a loss would be epic troll
sooooo
Attachment 50189
I am so impressed with my offensive line this season :o

Thursday 23rd July, Palace teams report...
In Casuals League, it was top of the table sort out day:
2nd vs 1st, 5th vs 3rd, 8th vs 4th, 6th v 14th, 7th vs 11th, 9th vs 10th, 12th vs 13th
Casuals visited second-placed San Siro and came away on the wrong side of a 0-4 score. The stats show that Casuals matched their hosts in almost all departments, but the slight advantage in strength on-field was the tipping point in the home side's favour. With an advantage now reduced to 1 point, Palace Casuals know that their league fate is in their own hands and the last two matches are now 'must wins'. Despite the defeat, results elsewhere have confirmed Palace Casuals a Champions League place for next season.
Attachment 50214
Terriers kept up their unbeaten run in their efforts to get into a Champions League slot in the League, winning at home 3-0 against Thuaan'd FC. Goal scorers were Atkins and Doda, with individual runs and 1-on-1 situations with the visitors' 'keeper in the first-half, and Moran, direct from a free-kick after the Thuaan'd right-winger was sent off for a professional foul in the second-half. A late injury to left-back Gorrono was a blow to the home side which took the gloss off a good win. Palace Terriers are now third in the table on goal difference, one of four teams on the same number of points, one point behind the league leaders.
