Something I have learnt this season -

Having load of Tokens is helpful, but once you have got your players in, having thousands in your account is useless, unless you have the facilities to power train your players.

Training your players costs both Green and Red packs - as such, you need to have a great back up of them to keep your team ticking over.

As a result I am starting a new policy in how I farm.

From now on I will try to keep 10,000 Tokens in my account at all times. I will continue to farm for Tokens, but when it gets to around 10,100 I will swap Tokens for Green/Red packs (Mainly Greens, but occasionally buying Red packs if they are needed too).

If I drop below 10,000 Tokens I will stop converting for packs until I get over there again. I have been watching video's for cash, but now hold more than 10B in cash, so I am going to stop this now. Added in the increase that we are now getting from gate receipts I am content that I wont have any money problems for a while.

Having farmed for Red/Greens last season for a bit I noticed a sharp increase in injuries. As a result, I will only farm for GREEN packs now.

Having got a team full of triple roles this season and trained Foster to ten star I used around 5000 packs - so that tells me that having loads in reserve is wise. My intention is to keep Foster at high nine star/low ten star EVERY season, whilst swapping out the rest of my team when they get too slow to keep their quality, so I work out I will need around 300/400 packs (Green and Red) to maintain Foster at the most each season.

Hopefully by the time I hit the top of my server I will have thousands of packs in reserve, as well as 10K in Tokens and at least 10B in cash, so that I can do a full assault on being the best team in the game. I think I am still a fair way off the top of my server though - at least another 5 levels - and could be as much as 10!

Now is the time of the "Green Pack Era" for me. The "Game Cash Era" has served me well, but I now feel there is more value in going after Green packs - as I will need them more to improve Foster and also to power train a super team once I get to the top of the server. At the same time, even having 10,000 Tokens is way too much, as I refuse to buy scouts, so I can easily replace an entire team for a couple of hundred tokens, but its a nice number to stick to and will allow me to not convert too many Green/Red packs.
