I'm guessing few have paid attention to this stat. I wonder what the record is for most goals without an assist during a season? Most goals scored before registering an assist?
At the halfway point of the league, my ST S. Blatter has 22 goals and 0 assists. I guess its safe to say Mr. Blatter isn't a team player!

That is quite a few I think my C. Ronaldo incarnation went 15 one season.
Maybe his scoring efficiency is just high comparing with assisting ability. Is he assigned to be penalty shooters?

I can't contribute because I've never tracked it. (And my formerly selfish ST is becoming the caring, sharing type.)
PK and free kick assignments should greatly help him to score so many goals but he is special that have no assist. In my memory, I don't remember any of my best scorers is looked like this. But there are some strikers have good ratings, many assists but scored very few goals. One of them I clearly remembers was a 4 star corner specialist. I think their special role in the team helped to achieve biased special statistics. As long as the team plays well, this is good.
I checked my teams, and noticed that my new best scorer of level 24 team in this season is also quite low in assisting. So far he played 18 matches, scored 19 goals, have 2 assists and is 8 MOM. He's a AMR/AMC. He is very special to my team because my team does not have monster scorer for many seasons.
Thought he was going to get the monkey off his back today, but ML Renk shanked it.
2 more goals for Blatter, bringing the G/A ratio to 24:0, which is literally 60% of teams goals in league play.
But, he did assist on our lone goal in the cup today.

Right now, i'm wondering if he can add the, "get 0 assists for entire league campaign achievement" to the "not win champions league as a 9* player achievement!"
