U can only try it out. Cant get the answer from looking at stats alone. The DMC may suck in taking penalties so having a Pen Taker SA does not really make a difference. SA dont make your players transform overnight. Jst a skill booster, provided they have that ability in the first place.

I would jst try the Striker as pen taker and if he rarely misses, why change?
