This is a crazy formation. If the match simulation is good, the team adopting this formation will loss in this match. But the match simulation engine is not good enough. I understand it is not easy. So the illegal formation is meaningful! it at least punishes the team adopting such crazy formation. Even if illegal formation restriction is still in place, the team using it may not lose. Ball procession is not very important factor to match result. So in my opinion, the managers who like freedom to use formation can use some illegal formation if they want. just really bad result, illegal formations were better than that, it seems to me that even though there were some nonsensical scores, that happened less..

Whole team with subpar form is a sign of the formation being countered badly.
You could have moved your DL to DMC to reverse-counter his formation if you ask me.

What 'not enough' ? What kind of team would be enough, an 8 star team maybe? This is nonsense, especially when considering the formations used. Stop defending something that is wrong. :p

Then, there's teh Quality, internal quality, chances in the match, and for the simulation the chances are or fail or win for the player that tryes. So is not that simple, and is not that wrong.
