the opposite of a bot, a very active manager. I have had a team full of youngsters before too..
If he hasn't signed them they won't show, maybe he needs to sell to make room.

well, the strange thing is that, many times players disappear directly from his team (when auction finished), something that is strange, since it takes time to come back again at auction

Also, 'his' money remains neutral. Anyway.....
