This is my solution simple :

• sell all your over 30 players( if u can )
• buy 18-24 yo players
• look at stats of players to see if they are good programmed players.
• try to find nordgens players, fast trainers and usually good players
• watch videos and get loads of green packs and train new roles and SA.
• use this method and you will enjoy this game a lot more.
