Sorry for the inconvenience.

We investigated the issue you're experiencing and, so far, we have not been able to reproduce it. We thought it could be connected to Win10 but we checked and it worked fine for us. To be honest, we are especially surprised that it works on Facebook but not on site, since we load the same Flash application on both places and 99% of the loading code is same as well. Note that, in the past, we had some issue with some antivirus software so you might try disabling it if you have one installed and see if the game loads without it.

If you have not done so yet, would you mind providing us with some further information?

- What browser and which version are you using
- What Flash player version
- What browser extensions you have installed
- What OS version you're using
