    Question Marks in stat-column

Maybe I am wrong, but I have never noticed before the question marks in the squad overview screen (stat-column).
    What does that mean?

yes probably, it used to be only in the years column, but now the question mark also appears in the STAT column (where you see the injury status or the cards...)

The question mark appears towards the end of the season as a reminder that the contract may need renewing. It is then up to you whether to renew or not depending on the age/quality of the player or if you are going to renew your squad. However, if you do not renew now or on day 1 of the next season that player will not be able to play until you renew his contract

I think the 7 days applies from the start of the season but as I said they cannot play until they have a contract.
