    sometimes I think too much youth in a team isn't the best way to go. My team has lots of old guys too.

    I had some players that had the last season as the best or one of the best seasons... Hasselbaink last season was excellent, had to be the last season but due to the fail he was not retired... lol...

    I always had the idea that players have a lineal performance if they keep the level, so, basically youngers allow one to keep key players in same level... more or less is that LOL

    I agree. As I remember, many old 31+ free agent signing players were very consistent and reliable even though they were not brilliant star players.

    My level 18 is young and grows very quickly, but it is also very inconsistent. When all players are young and have grown to middle 5 star up, it is also difficult to upgrade team with auction market.
