Maxim FC 2-1 July Fourth League Round 5
    Maxim FC 91.6 3W-4-2N-1 - July Fourth 103.2 3N-4-1-2

"All good things must come to an end"

Well thats it folks, our old run of 86 games undefeated is the record that has outlasted this run after a very disappointing performance from July Fourth, I did point out recently we have been a long way below par and this result proves it, No 26-0-0 again for us, It hurts our fans, the players and the chairman, it hurts everyone thats a fan of our great club but we are going through hard times now after 3 wonderful seasons of football. This unbeaten run ends on 81, just 5 games short of our record. Our best chances came from our defenders, with Ramirez running from the heart of our defence and Tony Adams putting away an effort in the 1st half, you would think that we would go onto win the game, but the answer was no, 1 player from Maxim FC made all the difference 2 goals from Cesar Serpa ensured that a black cloud is hanging over July Fourth this evening firstly dispossessing L.McNamara and beating Ramirez at the far post to beat Seaman and then he done it again after beating our defence with a bit of skill to file it past Seaman, If July Fourth were not in a mess before this, well they certainly are now. Hejda was booked for 2 challenges as July Fourth seeked an equaliser and making sure they didn't get through on goal, Mensah was poor with both free-kicks not like him at all then a demoralised July Fourth just never seem interested.

    Goals: Adams (36) Serpa (56,67)
    S/O: Hedja (76)

Some Random L17 manager supported my rivals. Bastard.
