Do you guys really schedule power training ? My Power training has gone on for as long as I can remember. its almost every 10 mins, 30 mins and 60 mins
Sometimes its easier to set an alarm clock for every hour and log in and do all 3 types and then log back out and come back an hour later. I just leave the tab in firefox open and look in it every so often until timer runs out on any of the 3 types.
