No.. That was a match between 3rd vs 2nd in the league who still quite close behind me in the table after I drew today in the league.

I love it when I see a player do that... Unfortunately you only see this in the lower levels.

    League, Matchday 9

Real Madrid CF 0 - 8 New Team

Another crushing victory away for Coach Mad's Eleven. A match to be considered closed after the first 45 minutes, during which the power play expressed by New Team's diamond midfield created a huge number of occasions. The overlapping Bruce Harper, in the usual way, gets served by Oliver Hutton near the goal and taps the 0-1 (6'). After a lil skirmish near the area, Hutton decides to let all out with a power play ending in a marvellous shoot under the bar, 0-2 (36'). Right after is the young gun Rob Denton which tries and succeeds in imitating his idol Hutton: Harper's overlap, magnificent cross for him and header right on the keeper's left. (45')
In the second half it's just showdown, with Mr. Mad giving rest to Hutton (upcoming CL match) and getting in Danny Mellow: the young AMC doesn't miss his chanche by one bit, expressing an incredible soccer; and after the 0-4 by DIamond (50',served by Denton), the ladder scorer gets a pass through the defense which the AMC shoots in (51') and again is ready when Becker reaches him (59'). On 0-6 score, there is still space for New Team's captain, the DC callaghan, to show off. On the first incursion in the opponent's half he serves Lenders for the 0-7 (65'), while on the second occasion he reaches the goal line and crosses for the upcoming Mellow and the final 0-8, Mellow's Hat trick (86'). A stupid foul at minute 88 makes Harper miss the next game for sum of yellow cards.

CL in 2 hours, supporters and the whole team are fired up!

Bakuretsu Storm barely manages to win away with the 4th in leaderboard by 0-1. With it the goal difference between them and NT is almost tied up. Tomorrow the BIG showdown with New Team vs Bakuretsu Storm!

NASA: The rocket is due to land on Mars in a few mins time, containing 18 July Fourth players for the away game to be played at 38% gravity of earths, so that means the ball will be hit higher in the air and will take longer to fall down. Since a day on mars lasts 24 hours and 40 mins, the half length of the game of standard 45 mins has been extended to 46 mins and 15 seconds to make it 45 mins you get on earth, temperatures on this game are expected to be around 5 degress centigrade since we are close to the equator for this game so players wont be too cold since this is about the same temperature thats in London right now!

    Champions League, round 5 - Uhuk FC (25.1) 0-4 Perfect Tactics (46.7)

We used this game to play our 2nd team players. A first start for youngster Nascimento who replaced Suarez.

A win keeps us at the top of the group and we qualify in 1st place. Nascimento put us in front from a counter attack. Petersen played a perfect ball to him to head into the back of the net. It was then 2-0 when Cazorla went through on goal and smashed it past the goalkeeper. Fabregas' goal was similar to Cazorla's, he went 1 on 1 with the keeper and slotted the ball past him for a 3 goal lead. Into the last part of the game, Cazorla found Petersen to tap into an empty net making it 4-0.

    Goals: Nascimento (22'), Cazorla (39'), Fabregas (50'), Petersen (79')
    MOTM: Petersen

5 wins out of 5 and no goals conceded

Champions League: Cece FC 1- 2 TuaMa
Today our boys flew to Macedonia already qualified. We thought it would be a very simple game seeing as they're 12 full quality points below us (we're 24 and they're 12.6) We still used our first team players seeing as the league is in the bag but we still need first place in the group after 3 wins and a draw. We were immidiately surprised by how motivated Cece was and that they're trainer actually watched the match, which is surprising because we previously thought they were inactive. TuaMa had many great chances with Dias, Corrales and Cubero shooting just wide and Messi missed 1 on 1 with the keeper. Cece came out of the dressing rooms looking motivated and Ismaili hit the post for the hosts before Bogdanovic headed in a corner to make it 1-0 for Cece FC. We then decided to change our tactics and bring in Badisha for Corrales and Abu Bakar for Boccucci.. On the 86' minute we got a free kick and Freeman netted it in for the 1-1 Two minutes later new boy Legrand tried a shot from 25 meters and made it 2-1 completing our comeback.. We won but we have to relook our tactics if we want to keep our form.

    Goals: Bogdanovic 66' Freeman 86', Legrand 88'
    MOTM: Legrand
