Keep 4-5 positions of the team, for your 0T academy players.
* I don't know if it's working in higher levels like above 30 .

my squad and the 4 player`s are youths that i train for extra tokens so not including them my average rating is 154 yet i keep meeting teams that are 8/9 quality better, how when we are SUPPOSE TOO MEET our own quality teams ??
