Transfer list, players quality and age

Hi,
This is my first update and I hav some quick questions:

1- Last night, just after the update, there were plenty of great 18yo for sale. Is this normal or it happens for some hours only?
2- Woke up this morning and now I can only find some 19you and most of the resat are 20yo and up and are not great players

Is this the trend or just me being on a bad server?

So that was normal what I saw? will it happen againg this season or it only hapens at the very beginning of each season?

I'm level 2 and last night I saw players at 18yo with 27-29 skills and around 3-4 mil each...Same thing for you?

It happens for me too, the transfer list was full of 18 to 20 year old players, all valued 103M to 105M.

Yeh ive found the best players for my server seem to come on around 4-6 in the morning, always. I assumed it was just when most people where active
