Let's start with facilities
My first team NIK FC has finished all the facilities
so we can see that upgrading the grass, can decrease the injuries of the team (at the final lv, 50% ).
Well, I think that upgrading the grass of the stadium has no effect in injuries.
Another team I have (a poor 35T team), without spending money - I don't care, and low quality grass, I have less injuries.
I believe that there are other reasons that affect the injuries and stadium quality isn't one of them.
Also I can see that managers from higher levels, who have the final Arena, have the same injury problems as manager with early stadiums.
I think it's a MYTH.

I'd like to disagree. I power trained for a long time and noticed when I finished an upgrade drops in injury. Most things I won't argue, this game is nebulous. But. They claim a drop in injury, in the game. I had a long discussion about this awhile ago. When i have a pc I will dig it up.

Training ground affects players progress in training.
I 'm sure that's a MYTH.
I trained a LOT of players, all the players have a (hidden) fix value in training, they can score between a specific range and training ground has no effect to their gaining results.

Let's keep up with the facilities.
Seats of the stadium.
Many 're saying that building the seats of the stadium is useless.
Well, that's not true.
Building the seats, is like building our stadium part by part and in the final stadium, the money is the same but we 're paying little by little.
Meanwhile, we can use those extra seats we built and we can stop, to synchronizing our constructions with training or first aid (so not to interrupt the flow of the gifts we 're expecting).
This MYTH is busted - always building first the seats.

Flood lights have some effect in team performance.
That's not true.
We still can play (home or away) without building our first flood lights.
This is also has nothing to do with performance.
Table score also has none effect in the game.
