Just because the wings are open doesn't make it an automatic victory. Yes, the opponent was handicap for possession which in some cases improves your chances of victory but what's to say the guy didn't know this and play on the counter and exploited his weaknesses?

My post maybe comes off a little rude my apologies. Take a look at the formations when football was invented. No team ever played with no more than 2 defenders.

You are both experienced players and you should know that in some games there is no football or even t11 logic explanation for some results. It's just a bad roll dice and nothing more. This can happen once or twice in a season, for every team or manager.
