How does this affect the kick off times for games ?

Basically... 3am will be again 2am, so a game in 10am will be 8 hours after the change.... schedule is adapted to the new time.

The match hour will not be changed. Simply, (should be like this, if I remember) you will sleep +1 hour, and a game that is now ready to be played at 11am, will remain at 11am. You will change the hour, to -1, and at the 11am of the new hour, your game/match will be played.
Simply we will sleep +1 hour.

my games are the same time BUT my 5% gain time has changed was 23 minutes past the hour and now 38 minutes past the hour and no games have been played since yesterday for the change to happen

I never sleep that extra hour as i got up at 5.30am instead of 6.30am problem is when clocks go forward, sorry Boss i over slept
