Good tips, Im gonna use your strategy later on, when my youth academy gives out some young players.
Now i'm level 3, if i want 1 star players i'm supposed to bid against level 1 managers, it's quite painful though, they have nothing to lose

Sorry, I forgot your facilities weren't fully built. I get 3 sets of academy youths a season and just took it for granted everyone else did!
