I counted 191 as well. How did you two get your answer? Joshiko and Tarek.

It's a Geometric progression:
1.13*(1.01)^n=7.59
1.01^n=6.716
ln to both flanks:
n*ln(1.01)=ln(6.716)
n=191.4 ==> 192
