Ok i get it, but having trouble still because I thought the base is 1.01...?

It's a Geometric progression:
1.13*(1.01)^n=7.59
1.01^n=6.716
ln to both flanks:
n*ln(1.01)=ln(6.716)
n=191.4 ==> 192
