    What's wrong with attacking group?

I don't know if you have this problem but based on what I learned recently the attacking group of my team hit some problems.

I am not saying they don't score but they don't score enough.

My main ST and my star AML/AMR all have this problem together and we lost to a team way weaker than us today in league.

All my team members are not new, they have been with me for several seasons.

Try switching your passing from short to long, they may be passing too much in the final third and not taking enough shots. Maybe bump up your bonus a notch as well?

    I know what you mean.
I have the same problem. The nurser of the team has bigger contribution than my STs

Not only the ST, but also all attacking players, including my star attacking mid-fielder who always got 9 and 10 ratings in the last 2 seasons.

I am just thinking that if there is any adjustment was made in the recent changes and new features which impacts the attacking group?

Today I just signed s new AMC/AML/AMR with penalty SA on the auction market. When I signed him he is low 5 stars and I have trained him up to 7 stars with all defense, attack and physical&mental equally good. Will use him to replace my second best attacking mid-fielder and switch 451v defense with mixed passing back to same formation and down both flanks.

Will see how it will work...

4-5-1V is a counter-defensive formation, it's not one you play when you have a large q advantage if you want goals.

You meant I should use attacking or hard attacking?

no you should be using an attacking 4-2-3-1 or 4-2-2-2 if you want goals, drop the dmc for an amc or a 2nd ST.

    Well...

4231 is risky especially when I want to control the mid field, same as 4222.

I have been using 451v very successfully so far because I heavily rely on my best winger, who is fabulous. But since this season he seems very quiet so far, I saw he made couple of crazy good long shoots and goals, but overall his rating dropped a lot.

Will see ... Who knows what changes they made...

I understand your hesitation regarding switching formation. Of course attacking formations are riskier, but if you have a Q advantage and an opponent that isn't selecting hard counter formations why not risk dropping the dmc? Up to you though, it could just be early season form jitters.
