Oh zzzzzzz at cup games. Infuriating to say the least. Just lost my match against a lvl higher team. His quality however was 5 points lower. The game is pretty equal shotwise (11 shots and 7 at target) and rating wise. Ball possession, corner kicks, free kicks are all in my favor (more then double). Both goalies make 3 saves but he scores twice. The home match was totally dominated by me. 27 shots with 11 on target!!! against his 8 shots with 4 on target. My rating in that game a whooping 0,8 better. Of course the end score there is 2-1 for me only. Sigh sigh sigh sigh. Trollus maximus.

So, no cup against a 3* of +3 levels.

As I always defended, the Cup is the tournament for lower Q. teams of better levels than you.

4-1 victory for Inter today. Arjen Robben was the MVP of the match(again..) with his two goals. Richard Jones scored 2 goals as well.

Day 10 - Palace Terriers report.

The day started with a couple of products of the Terriers Youth setup graduating, the Management pondered for a couple of hours before deciding to sign the 18T 4*/46Q AMC (the existing player that can play there is a 3*/44Q tri-position AM, who doesn't like playing AMC). The 0T 1*/34Q DMC that came with him was signed and sold to bring in $2.14M of much-needed funds for the Terriers.



Palace Terriers League match of the day was at home against the League basement team, who use the Defensive Hexagon with four goalkeepers:



The Management decided to play attacking ND in the match, and introduced the new Youth signing and he played a blinder, capping his performance with two second-half goals and a MoM-winning 10 rating, overshadowing striker Ian Kay's hat-trick.
