Why cant I send negotiation offers?

Im level 4 this season, but when i'm trying to send offers for a 5 star player of my friends, it doesnt work.
THere is no make offer button on screen.

My other accounts can, but not this one.

Anyone knows why?

Maybe they are Level 3. You can send offers to Level 4 and above only.

You need at same server if wanna make offer, in that picture you and your friend not at same server.

I cant send offer to anyone, not just him, the whole friendlist =.=

Nothing happen and the answer already there, NEED AT SAME SERVER and also min 3* and max 5* at your level.

Maybe another veteran player can make better explanation than me, since I'm also can consider newbie

Jos is right, your friends aren't from the same server.
Find a team (from your Cup/CH.L. for example), and see if you can make an offer to one of his 5* players.
If it's working, that's the answer.

Ahaha, it works for my Cup opponent, could send offer to him.
So it's impossible for me to send offer to my friend? Do the server switch among each others??

Well, at the moment you cannot buy/sell players from other servers and you cannot switch servers.
Make a suggestion in "Suggestion section". The more the better.
If you want to be with other friends, you must start a new fb account and accept playing t11 when they 'll invite you (but then you 'll be in lv1 of course).

Im thinking may be in the new season day, servers are going to be switched, then i can transfer with my friends.
Or when new season begins.
Any chance? Or simply forever cant transfer?
