Im thinking may be in the new season day, servers are going to be switched, then i can transfer with my friends.
Or when new season begins.
Any chance? Or simply forever cant transfer?

And yeah, thats the situation, when you start game, you create your team in one server of +200 aprox. that T11 have, and, you can only do transfers between players of same server for now...

when i started it was the same thing for me until level 5 or 10 i don't remember.

No kidding, eventually i can't transfer with my friends.
He promised to give me a cool AML with free kick SA, but now i can't process that deal.
Then i think negotiation is not anyhow useful in this game, No one's gonna buy/sell player by this function, and we can't even deal when both parties agreed because of server variation.
