Zero T negotiation offers

I had those players recommended today.

of course they 're crap players (wth ), but I thought that maybe no1 and no3 could be useful for setting them in negotiation list.
But I remember that about 90% of the offers I had so far was for 0T and maybe 10% of the offers, was for 1 or 2 T, so I rejected this .
