League rival lost today so if I win I go 5 points behind. Closing that gap.

No, the 'announcement' was that the number of injuries that can happen in one match has been reduced, and once cured, an injured player has a 'grace period' before they could be injured again.Quote:

Day 19 - Palace Terriers Champions League report.
Palace Terriers played at home in the Quarter-Final 1st Leg match against an old adversary from a previous season and eased their way to a 2-0 win, left-winger Nikolay Radev scoring both goals, the first from the spot after a handling offence in the area from a Zoltan Nagy corner. Not for the first time this season, both MCs attracted yellow cards, and the opposition got a double yellow...

A nice home 1-0 result against a team a level above me in the Champions League first leg.
Probably one of the top results where all my players put in a team effort. Keeper saved all 5 of their shots on target, CB got a 9 rating and we never looked in trouble. Thanks again Niko for supporting.
Next is League match I need to win to return to 2nd.
Day 19 - Palace Casuals report.
Palace Casuals played away at 11th place, and lost 1-2 against a team with almost equal quality. The Management tried to give some of the more peripheral players a bit of match-practice, but soon saw the error of his ways...

I did not attend.
yesterday I changed Beckham for Doulyazal in freekicks, and worked in the friendly converting x2 freekicks (direct goal and assist)
Today, I did not attend and the only goal we had was from an assistance of freekick made in Doulyazal.
I always've said and efended that is one of the most important labours as manager to find a man for corners/freekicks and here the why.

Won lge game 3-0 @ home
Phoenix United won 2-1 with ML Tebily scored both goals for us.
Now I have a slight problem. Tebily is banned and my only other ML is a just turned 2 star.
Who should I use, a player out of position or the 2 star?
Day 19 - Palace Terriers League report.
Palace Terriers played a home League match against 6th place and after weathering a first 25-minute onslaught by the visitors, got down to the nitty-gritty and fashioned a 3-0 win. Striker Samir Gross netted his debut goal for the Terriers, before the old hands got into the act in the second half, central defender Xavier Theresine ripping the visitors defence apart and beating the 'keeper 1-on-1, and left-back Andre Forsmark making a majestic leap to head in a Zoltan Nagy corner.

Just been doing some experimentation (on PC/FB platform) and when you put a player out of position they'll either get a yellow or red '!' triangle symbol. The MC gets a red triangle when put at ML, but the AML or DML gets a yellow triangle. So if you're going to play a player out of position at ML, use one with AML or DML.Quote:

Day 20 - Palace Casuals report.
A bit of late night transfer activity for the Casuals, prompted by the suspension of right winger Andy Bayunu and the lack of a positional cover for him for the next match against the team a place below them.

A bit of an oldster, but looks good for the multi-position cover role intended for him by the Management.
As is the wont this season, Palace Casuals play mediocre against lower-placed teams and pull all the stops out against near-challengers... and the result might have been even worse for the opposition had not their 'keeper been in form, frustrating the heck out of free-kick meister Mario Dinamarca, all five of his free-kick attempts on target and kept out. Debut man at right-wing Andrea Denicola scored the first goal, heading in a Joao Azevedo corner kick, and then went on to provide two assists, earning him the MoM award. Striker Massimiliano Gerini bagged a brace, one from the spot after his shirt had been tugged at the edge of the area and the referee deemed it inside... Left-winger Andre Faisca scored the other goal.

Assists on penalties are pretty frequent. Sometimes when a player is fouled and the penalty taker is different, but the most common I've seen is where a corner has been handled in the area. The corner taker is the 'assist' in this case.Quote:

Guys, help me out. Is this player playing as an AMC good enough? Shall I stick with him? As a shadow striker AMC I would expect more goals from him atleast but he doesn't really affect the score board for goals or assists.

See, his last 5 games which includes one friendly he assisted in, these are the performances.
Most contributors are Escobar and Tebily with everyone else chipping in but Ferreiro just plays like a squad player.

Atletico Ruggero have to play all the 3 title contenders, however Atlético Kolkata and iyank santoso FC have played kbritoo FC. kbritoo FC have to play only Atletico Ruggero. And 1st vs 2nd is on Day 28.... It's gonna be a long season.................
