I had the league in my hands and i lost it from two consecutive losses (both 2-3). To many yellows and i lost key players in both games. Very unlucky.
Tomorrow i have the final of the Champions. I don't think i have to many chances but anything can happen. Again, one of my top players will not play because of yellows.

Day 26 - Palace teams report.
Three matches to go, and the Palace teams have polar opposite tasks for the rest of the season: Casuals to protect a 5 point lead in the League; Terriers to overcome a five point deficit - both have done enough to gain promotion and claim a Champions League spot for next season. Both had matches this evening, kicking off 26 minutes apart.
======
Palace Casuals' only challengers for the League title were at home playing 6th place, Casuals themselves had a home match against 3rd. A double from right-winger Andrea Denicola gave the home side the edge in a tight 2-1 win; then the result from the other match filtered through, and it was a defeat for 2nd place - Casuals are the League Champions!!!
======
Palace Terriers were at home against the basement team, having seen that the League leaders had won their match earlier today, and rather than go all-out for a big win, decided to play to ensure the three points. Nikolay Radev swung in a corner for Kamel Hamlili to head in the opener, then scored (another) hat-trick for himself to go top of the 'Golden Boot' table. Terriers are still 5 points adrift of the top of the table, and the leaders play Terriers' opponents of today away tomorrow - Terriers have a six point lead and substantial goal difference advantage over third place, so have claimed at least second place this season.

Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
Sorry I have one question
Which one is better?
1-train for special ability?
2_ normal training?
Tnx

I am delight that 3 late goals help my Level 31 team won the 3rd place team and sealed as the league champion.
This is an amazing, roller coaster like season. After the 11th league round, my team was at 11th place, with 4W3D4L. It is quite incredible that it improved to 17W4D4L after 25th round.
When this season began, my midfielders and wingers played quite well in terms of match ratings. However, my strikers and wingers were not efficient in scoring. My defenders were comparatively low in quality and played inconsistently. I wanted to replace some defenders with some high quality young players but competitions in auctions of these players were keen. Finally, I turned to find older (24+) defenders. Eventually, I built a team with old defenders and young midfield and attacking players. After a consistent starting lineup is established, the team performance improved dramatically. It had a run of 10 consecutive league victories and is still unbeaten in second half season. I hope it will not lose tomorrow to complete full unbeaten half season.
My current plan is turning this team to a 3 star team in future, then maintain the team quality in that level and play in 3 star average leagues.
My Level 23 team was just defeated by the bottom team. This likely killed its hope for league champion. Now I have to forget about this and prepare for CL Final 10 minutes later.
