Wow can my team do any worse, ok despite the last 5 matches we got 4W-1D... (Due to an upgrade of players) We currently sitting in 7th with having played a extra game... Hope and pray we can get in top 7, maybe top 4. 4th sitting on 38points and we on 35 with 3 matches to go...

What is it with me and matches against bottom feeders. Here I am with a chance to go to 4th place and I am up against the number 13 of the league. First half is over and I had one shot at target. I noticed that I got very little chances so I switched around players and changed formation. Got to 1-1 after 30 minutes then he started to dominate again. And of course he won the game with 1-3, even with lower ratings? What the.... again. I don't mind loosing, but if the ratings are higher, shouldn't you win? My goalie scored another 5,6 but he had 5 saves.

My second team had a chance to get 2 points behind the number 1 if we would win against the number 18. Yes, of course, it is a tie. Ratings overall 1,0 higher, double the chances but a tie. Sigh.

Crazy crazy season. I just hope I qualify for the CL with my main team otherwise this will be the first season where I promote but won't play in the CL. Fingers crossed.

I'm out of the Champions League 4-3 on aggregate after losing 3-1.

I didn't attend but his ML had a good game while my DR got a poor rating of 5.

My case is even worse, lost to Arsenal 3-0 home and away . Not that there was much difference, he was a bit stronger tho

I should of attended. He didn't really do anything until his DMC got injured (he was playing 3n-1-4-2) then he subbed on a MC and his 5 man midfield clearly was too much. I'm in a bit of a shock tbh as Azulay is one of my top performing defenders and before the last two cup games back to back I was over 30 games unbeaten.

Oh well, I said at the start of the season I didn't stand a chance in CL and Cup was realistic and yet I got to the semi final of CL and I'm favourite for Cup final.

All in all, I'm pleased with my season, I've only won the Cup once hopefully make it twice.
I was beaten by a 7* team a division above me so I won't dwell on it

The League is annoying though, I've lost only once but drawn 8 and 1st place doesn't look like losing 2 games in 5.

Day 25 - Palace Terriers Champions League report.

Palace Terriers bow out of the Champions League at the Semi-Final stage, losing the away 2nd Leg 1-2 and the tie 3-4 on aggregate. Both teams equal on quality, and after an all-square 1st leg it all came down to tactics, orders and luck - it appears that the opposition had a bit more of the latter in this match.
