I roulate my bench all the time, only a couple players(like the goalkeeper) are secure of a starting eleven spot. I do this because i don't reallu have outstanding players. I'm at level 4 and most of my players are rated 25-28
As reserves for injuries (rather than using red packs)
As the B squad for when starters are tired (rather than using green packs)
As the alternates from when starters slump
As an investemnt
To lower avQ for more favorable draws
For sentimental reasons
