Is pressing High or tackling Hard ever worth it?

should you play a zone or man to man while using high press? Or does it matter?

I would think zone since you have less defensive players on the field.

If you're playing hard tackle then you should play man to man since there will be more set pieces...correct?

It really depends on the formation your opponent is using and the passing type, sons. All I know is that high pressing and man marking is the most tiring thing you can do in the game for your players. I do agree with most of your logic in your last 3 posts though. If you are running high press and man to man, you had better be sure your centre backs have a quality advantage in defensive and p&m vs their strikers' offense and p&m ratings. Otherwise they will just run past you 1 on 1.
