If you're in all 3 competitions you should have a full 22 man complement to rotate, if you just have one first team, yes you will be in a rough spot with condition but again, it makes sense to have it that way.

i have 22 man... with the first team formation...i have the same formation sub...which mean same position, i have a sub for that... so i can put the same formation out no matter who goes on the field...
the problem is when i put the sub team on with a light training before the match.... i lost 3:1... try two times already.... and i also put 3-4 first team player mix with the sub team... (even my sub team already 6 star... Q67) but vs Q60 teams...still lost 3:1
like this morning...vs a team at 11 position...Q60.... i put my sub team on but i only did two light training section (only 3 easy drill each) and then... lost 3:1!
just facing the position 1 in the table.... before it, i did 4 times hard training... (each section - 14% condition), i just won 5:0....
last game against the LV10 in CUP (i am LV9)... i also did very hard training before the match....i won 6:0... CL won 4:0... with the league won 6:0 on the same day...with all did a very hard training and spend 90+ green packs....
You can't ascribe your wins and losses to the training you did before the game solely. It has to be a combination of formation, team selection, win bonus, tactics and nordeus trolls as well. Try playing your full sub team in friendlies so you can identify which of them are in good form/bad form then pick a team of them based on that. Some of them just could be poorly programmed.

yeah, you can't win them all, it happens, train hard and choose good teams and you will win games. Try new things, you can't be inflexible in your thought process with this game. Like I had a newly trained FK specialist that wasn't scoring from DFK. I took him out of the the first team, gave him 2 hard training days, and then reinserted him in the lineup with him as the primary FK taker. He scored a hat trick the next game. If you buy good players, they will perform for you if you manage well. if they aren't performing, 90% of the time it's your fault lol.

If you want to train and improve only your GK, maybe it's better with the old system where you know how much he gain.
Does anybody tried to do power train with the old system ?
Did his player got an injury or it's like the new version ?
