To be true taking 3 defender may make you lose badly if opponent have hard defending and counter attacks on.I have crushed top 3 player in my league using 4-5-1 vs 3-5-2.So i don't like 3-5-2 untill your defenders are scout or more talanted-Anyways I have defeted 3-5-2 having scouts many times.Thier scout even fail to stop counter attakks.And I don't need to give proof lol

3-5-2 requires a really good midfield line to be successful. i prefer 3n2w-2-1-2.

ya hoof is right you need strong mid feilder as well as defense.
