How do you lose against 6 men and no Goalkeeper!?

I played a team that had just 6 men on the field, very low level players, no goalkeeper.

I set my tactics and I watched the game.

How do I lose 1-0? How does the opponent keep 80% possession?

Is there a bug that allows you to have only 20% possession?

The other team should of been made to forfeit and you should of won 3-0 by default since the other team would of had less than 7 players on the field of play and that causes a team to forfeit the game due to not enough players on the field of play. This is a SERIOUS issue that needs to be looked at here.

Also if you only had 20% possession then you played an illegal formation.

Yes, I don't understand how it can happen.

I played another game just now, I also have 20% possession for the entire game, the possession bar didn't move, it just stayed still.

there are some things you cannot do with your formation, or the game punishes you by giving you only 20% possession. there is a thread about illegal formations... google "illegal formations top eleven" and you should find it.

anyhow, this seems to be yet another case of the infamous "game engines decide some game outcomes ahead of the game"

If he really had 6 players, then something went seriously wrong, but the first thing I thought of was what shwanko said, that you were talking about his squad page and he actually played with 11 players, and you played an illegal formation.

Oh ok, so even though his squad page shows 6 players, the computer will add the players needed onto the field when the match is played?

And I believe I must have had an illegal formation.

But still, it is annoying that he didn't manage his team, but I was punished for not knowing about illegal formations-_-
