How the new training drill works

I was using the training Drill since the last update and even more than any other player and was first to use it since a lot of other managers Update to their devices got delayed I think I learned a lot about it and I can tell you some of it
1.Picking Drills and players
-The first thing to do is to pick Drills and players to start training
-There are three sections of drills Attack,Deffence,Physical and mental
-To be a good trainer you must choose the best drills your players fit in
Attack
-Attacking drill gives your players a good attacking mentality
-To get attacking bonus you must have four attackers training
Deffence
- Deffence drill makes your team solid at the back
- to get Deffence bonus you must have four Deffenders
Physical and mental
- don't have any idea where your team helps but gives your team speed,Stamina E.t.c
- Doesn't have any particular bonus it's helpful in all bonus

Attacking Bonus
-you Command your team on the sidelines during live matches and your team will go all Attack

Possesion Bonus
- you command your team to keep the ball without Risking it

Deffence Bonus
- You command your team to deffend the ball

Condition Bonus
- you command your team to not lose much condition
- usually good when your facing small team and you have another strong match

Note : Sometimes the players may not hear you due to fans Chanting and you get the massage in small black box right after you click one of the Bonus
WARNING : Never train your players when a match is 4 to 5hrs remaining as the training loses much condition and the bonus is inaffective when your players are tired a
