No injuries for weeks now , all this season and more than half of last season . kept them in the green before training them down to yellow .....
Just trained them yellow down to red and sure enough just lost my number one DC for three days to injury .
    ....
I for one am going to stick to training guys who are in the green

I keep my conditions under 40 but above 20 when finished. I get same training progress and no injuries!

I'm sorry to hear that but why would you fix something that's not broken?

To you question. Yes it seems so.
You don't always get the same skill points

yep I can confirm I train some players down to zero condition and it makes no difference to injury probability

yep, its another proof of the sad fact that this game is only random generator, nothing does matter, just placebo "game feelin". Its all about tokens. You can use whatever tactics, whatever players, doesnt matter no engine counts it. If tokenengine decide you will loose, you will loose... but who carres its adictive and it makes tones of money for Nordeus we are like Apple sheeps...sry customers.

Might give this a shot tomorrow after my match seeing as there's such a big time difference between tomorrow's and friday's set of matches.

EDIT: On the topic of power training, how exactly do you go about doing it (the only part I see is buying a load of rest packs and using them to get the condition of the players up rather than waiting for it to happen normally)?

Guys, I'm not saying everyone should train this way. I'm just saying the technique of keeping the condition to the max obviously does not prevent injuries. For me I was getting injuries every 2 hours when I kept all players at green conditions so I changed it to keeping the condition low and it seems to work for me. I only got 1 injury the last few days. If you are training well with your technique, no point of switching it. I'm just altering the probability hoping to by-screen the game engine.

The most sufficient way of training is normal training with stretching. It minimizes risk of injury and overall you get most skills gained for least conditions used. However that way is too slow. Power training is risking everything, racing against time to get fast results. For me I noticed something that injuries happens more when you train and end up outside the colour zone you started with. Example you start in the green and end up in the yellow or start in the yellow and end up in the orange. When you begin in the green, sometimes its hard to fill up all the way to keep yourself finish in the green because it will be a waste to overfill. That's why I find it easier at the orange/red zone.

after reading this thread i start to train my players at low condition and i saw that i get more injury on full condition and morale !
i cannot understand this but it`s true you don`t get so often injury when the players are in low condition !
