My league draw has given me none of my friends on the same level and all of the teams are of similar quality to myself. By adding my out of contract players and sacking the Nordeus ones, my quality rose from 152 to 157 making me one of the stronger teams in my league but all the others are between 153-157. So still difficult to say if you can manipulate the league draw but in this case I'd like to think it made a small difference.
