Player quality rule made players likely to be on auction?

sources I mean35T players, people who buying or people who can watch videos and get 50-100 boosters every day.
For the first category, a 4* good performer isn't bad but you can't go far with half team of 4* players.

I started playing top elevn during jan 2014 and I can buy 350T also but I don't play this game regularly as I spend money in Clash of clans which is better place to send lol
