Player quality rule made players likely to be on auction?

Hi everyone,
What is player quality rule?
Ans-Player quality rule means reduction of player quality by one star at end of each season.

IRONICAL VIEWS;
Some players may wonder why our player quality loses at end of each season but the game must have reason for this which is;
Counter balancing stars of each level so each player quality balances by (n-1) rule,n is player stars OR player quality keep on increasing each season and players may have only legends and superstar in squad so no one will buy scouts.

Consequences of player quality rule;
1:Players have to struggle by hard training to earn or even maintain his star each season.
2:The players which fail to recover star each season( specially old ones) are mostly seen in auctions.
3:The managers have to change players almost playing two or three seasons with one players due to player quality rule.

I wouldn't say it is player quallity, but rather rating or, even better competitiveness. Stars show how competitive player is at your level. In top eleven player can't lose quallity, only improve it, but can lose rating/stars.
The best way to explain that is in loan system in real football. For example, Liverpool's young winger Lazar Marković was sent on loan because he wasn't enough competitive for BPL in that moment. At least that is what their former manager thought. So, he moved to Fenerbahce where he is more competitive for 1. Turkish league. That doesn't mean his quallity dropped just because he moved to weaker league. There he improved his skill and current Liverpool's manager claims he will play again in the BPL after loan ends. There are many cases like this one.

No, *team's league level and players quallity determine rating.
For example, player has quallity 27.
Then his possbile rating is:
6 stars for level 1
5 stars for level 2
4 stars for level 3
3 stars for level 4
2 stars for level 5
1 stars for level 6 and above

* Do not misjudge level of the manager and level of the club. Level of the manager shows highest ranked league he played, while teams level shows on which league level is his club now.

Player average rating is an important information that is not available in T11 system.

I kept a record of player rating in each match and it greatly helped me choosing players. This records also help me quickly to check the performance trend (player form).

I keep some 4* players which have good form consistency and/or whose quallity is near 5*. Besides that, I don't have habit or will to spend much tokens every season to improve squad a bit, to change many players. Sometimes it also depends of players growth, age, contract lenght and even other players on same position. Usually 4* players are substitutes or reserves in my team. However, it might happen that I keep 4* player in 1st team, like I did last season where my 4* right winger was club's top scorer and 3rd top scorer in league. Players quallity doesn't guarrante his good form.
In my team called Dnipro there is 4* AML-AMC corner specialist who has 164 caps, 66 goals and numerous assists because he has been 1st corner taker from his 1st match in the club. (sadly TE doesn't keep full assist stats like they keep for goals). I think I might spend some greens to improve him back to 5* if his growth is still somewhat good because he has been very important player for seasons in my team.
