    Keep in mind that the 9-level scale shifts based on your Manager Level. For example a player with quality in the 20-24 point range may be a 5* to a Level 1 manager, but to a Level 2 manager that same player is a 4* and to a Level 3 manager that player is a 3*, and so on. This 5-point shift happens with every progression to the next Manager Level.

    Thanks for your answers guys, and sorry, i really misspoke yesterday
    what I meant is : I already know that each one of us, according to his level, sees different number of stars we all know how to calculate the next level (skills x3) but what i'm looking for, is if there is a way to know when will be the next star i actually use the personal trainer to emulate and estimate it I just would like to know, if for each level, someone has already calculated these fixed values
