Win by forfait? Never seen this before!

Can anyone advise whether a T11 match can start only if more than 11 players are eligible to play? I always think that 11 eligible players are sufficient for a match to start.

My league match today was cancelled because my opponent was said to be "do not arrive with 11 eligible players". In the following screen captured right after the match was cancelled, the opponent DMC should actually suspend if the match started. I expect the substitute would start in his place and expect that the match would still normally start because there are sufficient i.e. 11 players.



This is the first match of 2nd half season. In first match of this season, my team was (unluckily) defeated by this team. This team is then abandoned or forced to sell players because it was insolvent. It became weaker and weaker and lost in a lot of matches. When I finally have chance to revenge, the team did not have sufficient players showing up to play because 1 player is suspended.

In next day, it may have sufficient players to play again and will suffer big loss again.

I am sad that my original plan is having a big win today, giving yellow cards to some of his players to make them suspending, and then the next match will be cancelled. Now my team is the team losing the chance to have big win.
