Not quite sure if this training regimen really helps? Does anyone really can see any significant improvement after training?
For example we have an one-on-one training drill, does it really work?

One question you have to ask yourself is: do individual skill ratings make any significant difference when player is in a relevant situation, or is the section concerned only considered, or is it the overall rating? Like it is now, it can't be said for sure which is actually the case.

Then this new system become ridiculous. It seems that it becomes a variable for the system to judge if you are an active manager or not. If you are and train your players it gives you somewhat better results otherwise you will be punished.
Any good experiences from other people?
