Players performance depends on following factors.
1: Age
2: Special ability
3: Personel effort
4: Team support.
5: Luck

It is impossible to judge luck so only 1 in 50 player performs better back to back.

It's not about offending anyone or age.
I said that before Abhinavsharma. This is a pc game based on football but still it's a game with a unique behavior.
Your analysis has more to do with real football than top eleven.
That's very wrong because, ok me, El Pistolero and others are old players and members of the forum but there are also many newbies who join the forum and many more who just watching as guests.
So, we must write in a responsible way and not mislead those people.
What you wrote about the age, has to do with real football and not the game.
But reading this someone, could try to buy 23-24 y.o. players, spending more money and T, while he can have the same quality and duration player of 30-31 y.o. (as I did as a newbie in lv2 )

When I see your posts claiming you know the mechanics I ignore it and avoid replying because I don't claim to know it all, there is still plenty I have to learn. Hell, I still look upto Niko, Pricop, Pavinha, Talisman, Reddeviljohn and Gert and I have been playing longer than half of them.

People are free to take that advice/information or ignore it at their choice. Other people's experiences and conclusions may be different, they may have their own advice/interpretation, sometimes I may try it, sometimes not. All we can do, from the outside of the game mechanics is discuss what we find and come to a working consensus based on this, and change this based on changes Nordeus make to the game or from further input - there is no absolute law made here, no-one's words are final, so it pointless coming here and saying 'this is how it works' - unless you are a Nordeus Dev, and then we're all ears...

did you read my example ?
I 'm not speaking about fast trainers 18-21 y.o. but (unknown trainers) players of 23-24. If those players are 0T academy players, they have about the same progress as a 29 y.o. player.

But if you check the market, you 'll see a bidding war for a 23 y.o. player and only few bidders for 29-30 y.o. players.

Anyway, I stop here because I feel that spoil the thread of El Pistolero with a different subject.

I still see myself a student learning off the managers I trust. Going through so many different topics, I've used all the answers regarding abilities, formations and tactics to shape my team. I should also mention Hoofdaddy who has also helped me out in the past.

A players Quality is improved by both training and playing matches (experience) - how otherwise would I have got the splash screen that one of my younger players got an extra star after playing the match this morning (by gaining Quality percentage points in a match)?

You're right, your posts are relevant to real life football but what we are trying to say to you is that real life football and Top Eleven mechanics are two different things. Opposite sides of the same coin. Sometimes you're literature is so good it comes off like a guide for Top Eleven which could lead to problems for inexperienced players choosing to use your information and spend real money to, for example, sign all over 29 year olds, all because you said older players have hidden experience.
Maybe I should have private messaged you, I apologise, but I didn't want to attack you and I am merely discussing this in my own topic.
I should also point out, some of your posts make interesting reads not all of them are misleading. You're a valuable member and clearly a kind, helpful person to the forum. Just try to be clear on what is real life and what is T11.

Neither Escobar or Tebily scored today but there is still 1 match to go. So far Escobar is leading.

Have to say I am surprised, I thought Tebily was the goal machine and Escobar was the assist machine.
