When the AMx with the ability shoots and scores a goal from outside the penalty area. Shadow strikers are long-range shooting specialists.

One possible explanation for the Dribbler not showing is the fact that most of time, that special ability is on the wrong player (in the wrong position), hence the situation for dribbling is unlikely. It is something that I have already talked about last year. MCs are usually not dribblers, and dribbling is of little use for them. Dribbling is useful for one-on-one situations where there is space available to exploit. Wingers and STs are usually the ones that should have this special ability, not MCs, but in this game players having AM or ST positions only cannot be assigned this special ability.
This could be a mistake from Nordeus.

No it confirmes that the SA is displayed in live matches. Test shows, that SS are not more likely to score than other AM(X)

Sure, that why it is still a 'thesis' and not a confirmed theory. :)
If proper experimentation results show that the Shadow Striker Special Ability provides no advantage in terms of performance on the pitch, then we can say that it is just there for the visual effect. But, I highly doubt anyone has done proper experiments here, and also it is difficult and costly to do such things.

SA's are a mystery still :eek:

I did actually a test over a period of a couple of seasons. There was sadly no significantly gain in scoring ability for SS's.
