The order I use is as follows:
Medical (improves red pack production; reduces injury recovery time - supposedly)
Seat upgrade (small)
Training (improves green pack production)
Pitch (reduces injuries in-match - supposedly)
Utilities (increases match day takings)
Seat upgrade (medium)
Parking (makes sure attendance is kept up)
Lights
Youth (improves Youth player production - for what they're worth...)
Seat upgrade (large)
Scoreboard
Stadium
- back to the beginning...
Some of the facilities don't have an upgrade for that stadium size, just skip those and go on to the next one.
I've been keeping an upgrade chart...

I does'nt upgrade youth as it cost 21 tokens for letting good players in.
You need to upgrade all facilities, otherwise you can't make a stadium upgrade - see the Upgrade Chart in my first reply.
This includes the Youth Academy, pointless though it is when you have a squad full of 5* and above players, and the Youth product won't fit in as even the token-buy, 'better' player is usually low 4* or high 3* Quality.
Once youth has been built is it worth upgrading? What happens if I do upgrade? Do I get better youth players?
Glad I finished upgrading all buildings and focusing only on my stadium and parking now. But seriously why does putting a LCD display in your stadium take the same amount of time as building a hospital, I think we all know the obvious answer;).
@KenoticFC I think you may not upgrade things after some level without upgrading the stadium and same goes vice versa..
MeanwhiIe , I am looking for all upgrade photos of all facilities. Is there such a thing?
