India doesn't really have a good competitive system. We only have 2 divisions, and the 1st division has only 9 teams. On top of that, we have 2 leagues — ISL is out of the system, more MLS-ish. There too it's 8 clubs. We ought to have at least 12-14 clubs and 3+ divisions. We have the clubs, find hard and you'll get them. But yes, we're improving, and (hard to say this as an East Bengal fan) Mohun Bagan have qualified for the knockouts in the AFC Cup.

And @Abhinavsharma football isn't a one man show. How do you expect them to perform well when they play with a new coach every 6 months?
