Here is the team show case for my team RINOKEROS, which played only with the sources of the game (without buying or farming).
I have plenty of examples from players I bought and had a very good career.

I have teams in two servers but I don't think it's the 34.
but I 'm not 100% sure because it's been a long time when I checked them and some times they change or merge them.

My team is in poor condition - many injuries but not enough red packs. I usually don't have users on the friend's list, but I don't have much choice now. I cannot sell all the players because some of them are important and it will be difficult to replace all of them at this time of the season. I put one player (the 12 day injured one) on the transfer market because he is won't be useful this season unless healed, but the others I will have to heal them as I cannot buy more than 1-2 players (virtual money and tokens are limited too). So, I will need someone to send me some packs regularly at least in the next few days.

Fast trainers are young, under-21 players who train fast. If you use Facebook amd play TE from there, then check out Play Top Eleven - Free Online Football Manager Game. Train a U21 in 3 bars practice match, and if he gets 85+ progress he's a fast trainer. Their value-to-wage ratio (called "TR factor" by nikolgiorios) should be more than 35 to be classified as a fast trainer. You can get more help here: A Guide for fast trainers by Chris . Some players have lots of rests, so they train one of their players a lot. This is called power training. It's quite advanced (L20+ usually do it) so as of now the best bet is to buy old (26+) players, use 'em for 3 seasons, and sell 'em at the end of their contract. Do keep a few young players tho, they're easy to sell.

Just one more thing I thing. What is a 3 bar practise match?? And how do I tell if he gets 85+ progress? (Sorry real new to this!)

Ah ok I see. So basically there is no real current way of discovering a fast trainer in the current form of the game. Can you flick between old and new then?

Yes, I do sometimes check the old version on the computer to do a bit of training (but now have few greens) or the team stats.
