I have to say,being matched against someone 2 levels higher than me, at level 6 is utter ****. It looks like I'm the only level 6 in the whole competition? Is this how they punish people who win it? I may as well write off this competition already, very sad and a little angry!
Anyone else get a crazy draw?
Most teams seems to be in levels above in mine, including 2-3 levels above. 3 levels or more above for sure is not appropriate. But, you have to deal with it.

that is common ....i am always facing 4 LV higher than me in CUP.....and like my coming CUP.... facing LV16...and i am LV12~ (and last season... LV11 ...i was already in LV16 CUP.... that is 5 LV ahead of me... and i still went up to semi-final... )

Yes, and I went to the final, that too with a team of around 98-103 % only. So, it is possible to knock-out those teams. And also, you are right about not selling your 7-8 star players. Why a user will make so much effort to get such players, only to sell them at the end of the season and to get a better cup draw but inferior competition?Quote:

To each his own way of doing things, but I don't agree with what some do. Some users choose the easy way, and yet come and show off as if what they have achieved are due to their football managerial and tactical skills. Some even show-off on YouTube. The same applies to some of those users that used 'tanking', and then show-off without mentioning that they have tanked for one or several seasons before.
Yeah...cept facing 2 levels (20%) difference at level 6 isn't the same as 3 levels when you are level 24. It would be like level 18 and against seomeone level 24, or 24 against someone 32...the lower you are the bigger the difference.
Yes, and this is something that many users here don't seem to see. Despite the difference in level or stars, the quality difference is not that big the higher you go in the levels.Quote:

I agree it is a strategy, but some have abused of this. Also, when abused, teams from the lower levels get penalised.Quote:

It's a game with specific rules, same for every one.
You can learn to use tactics if you're going for trophies or you can having fun play it simply and for whatever comes.
But there is no reason to **** down and moaning every time for knowing things (specially for the members of that forum who can have all the info).
The truth is bitter sometimes, and hard to accept. :)

No it is not, because users don't use the search option here. Also the search option is limited on this forum here and it does not work efficiently. Also, many users don't read thoroughly in threads, that is they just read a few posts.
But, you know most if not all of that already.

The best feeling in this game is when one crashes the semi's/finals of a higher level cup. It's a difficult task, but not impossible.
