Season 79 - Are you ready?

My goal for this season is to NOT buy any players (except for any incoming youth player that's worth it), and finish in the highest possible position in all three competitions.

The aim is to save cash and tokens - is this practical?

What?

Don't sign the the youth player that costs tokens. As, for the 'free' youth player, sign him. You can keep it as a backup if you are very short on tokens and cash (so much that you cannot afford a better player from the auction market). Else, sell him and buy a better player from the auction market.

It is usually better to buy players from the auction market. It is all about the timing. Don't go into bidding wars. Bid in times where there is much less activity.

Don't feed the already greedy company.

Just finished my second leg with a win 2-1 , first leg was 5-0 for me , the interesting part is he watched the second leg and still won 2-1

The worst part today is that I bought a player from the market which cost me 18T , there was another competitor who didn't give up but i was insisting on this player as if he is Messi

You still won the bid. The problem is when you lose the bid. I have lost bids in knocked-out rounds 20-25 or so. I can tell you that it is not a good feeling at all. So, avoid bidding wars; don't go bidding into the higher rounds.

And we won at home in a dificult game 3:2 , Making it 5:4 in agregate.



My next opponent, If i win i might face the team that end behind me last LEAGUE, If he also wins of course.

A few new players brought in over the last few days for me with a lot of power training done. Training now up to level 58.

My star player Foster as always put right on the verge of ten star quality again too.

Unless something major crops up that will be my power training and player purchases done for the season. Now its a case of trying to farm Green packs again to get them up ready for the next season.
