Palace teams end-of-holiday report.

As expected, the mobile broadband was slow, and TE timed out before loading completely, so the Palace teams were on their own...

Casuals managed 3 wins, 2 draws and 3 defeats over the eight days, and last evening were in 7th place, on the verge of staying in the promotion spots. This morning, an early match result has pushed the Casuals out of the promotion zone, and play 2nd place imminently, so the Casuals look like missing out. The Management will pop along to the match involving the team in 9th to see if they can win and push Casuals down further into the 'safe' Tanking zone.

Terriers lost their 2nd Leg Champions League Quarter-Final match, as half-expected by the Management, so will have to gear themselves up for next season's competition. In the League, they lost again to their bogie team this season and had an unexpected draw against 11th place, but won the other 6 matches to be top of the table by 10 points and League Champions-elect again.
